Install issue on new Window 10 computer

Autorun doesn't run after the download completes, I unpacked the sfx file and when I try to manually install with the GC2 Launch file it refers me to my CD or Impulse to complete the install. Any suggestions?

Did you run the install .exe that downloaded manually? Are you unpacking the .exe itself?
