First time buying this so there's question:
the software does not show dates and supporting date, so I don't know if there is any limitation on using dates 
And I saw there's a upgrade option, does this means I get the software of current date but cannot have further updates?
I assume you are talking about the Object Desktop suite.
It's a one year membership and during that time you get all updates and any new apps that come out. After that year, if you do not renew, your apps will still work and you can keep them, but you just won't receive any updates.

maybe I can't since the license's ended?
2. If I keep the installer exe of latest one, can I use the SN to continue using this old version?
You need to save your installers before your membership ends. The registrations will work with the versions you had when purchased.
