So, Altmeta is gone?

I just started playing a bit, after about a year's break.  I get a dead link where Altmeta used to be, so I assume it's dead.

Either way, my thanks to those who ran it for all those years!

Yep, I took it down earlier this month while cleaning up my server, since everyone has moved on from GC2 meta to play with mods or to GC3.

It had a good nine year run, but I didn't figure it merited an announcement since nobody was posting games any more anyway--sorry for the sudden disappearance.

Kryo - Just to be clear I liked both the metaverse and altmeta - but since the metaverse has not functioned for the past year and a half or so it seems it stopped the altmeta from working as well.

However as crushbone said I also thank you for your efforts.
