Cannot generate Turinium on the Lair of the Turtle map

When playing this map it doesn't seem to matter how many Turinium generators I have control of my VP level stays a zero. The AI opponent however can generate turinium with just one generator. I am new to this game so I may be doing something wrong but on this map there is a generator right outside the starting area and I have no issues keeping it connected to nodes leading back to my nexus. Also I have been able to get Turinium on other maps.

Normaly the player who controls the most turninium begin accumulating Turninium, i still dont know what kind power is this, If enough is collected you showld win.

Turn off VP because i think dont have yet the right balance.
