Create an option to move the interface to a single monitor, or anywhere you want for that matter. Think WoW.

Sub and Title say it all, IMO. This is one of those features that can ultimately make or break a game for me. If I cannot immerse myself into the game on the system that I built to do just that, it's disappointing. I don't want to under utilize my hardware/setup. I simply would like the ability to either default the interface to one screen (center), or move and place the individual sections myself.
