Issues resuming skirmish

I resumed a skirmish while waiting for a match, and, even though everyone had founded and I was at level 2, the resources area was showing the available resources, so I couldn't buy or sell anything, or see how much I had of anything.

I also got the click to scan message as the game resumed.

did pressing the Toggle button switch back to the buy/sell resource view?

Hitting the toggle button twice does fix it.

Had this same issue and later found out that a button (probably the same toggle button being mentioned above, default "`") will switch you between available resources and the buy/sell resources menus.
