Cannot Download fallen enchantress legendary heroes

Q: Does Fallen Enchantress have copy protection?

A: No. We do have a serial number system so that if you buy the game from a third-party store (Steam, GameStop, GamersGate, etc.) you are able to re-download it directly from us into the future.  But you may put Fallen Enchantress on as many machines as you would like that you own.

 

This is false it says to go to steam to download. Most of the other games I can download from you but this isn't one of them.

That's an older forum post your found that from. The games that are on Steam will have a Steam key listed in your account now.

To add on to Island Dog's post... Fallen Enchantress (not Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes) had both a Steam and non-Steam version. So the FAQ you are looking at is in regards to the original pre-steam version of FE.

Edit: And I assure you, that version does exist, that is the version I still have on my computer. This was early in the release and is also the version that everyone received for free as part of the E:WoM situation.
