Hello people

I have a problem with the UI, in short words i cannot select the Orbital Fabricator, because the list is locked. I can just build the Orbital Command, the rest not because i cannot scroll them.

Is your UI scale on the default? Or your resolution supported?

ouch, i had the wrong resolution..don't know why, my mistake solved.
