offset to tile windows

I have my Taskbar on the right side and want to have the Tiles bar / window on the right side also (size: normal). But having both on the right side my taskbar is overlapping the Tiles bar / window.

Is there a way to move the Tiles bar with an offset option 30 or 40 pixels to the left so both bars are not overlapping themselves or is there an option I missed that tiles don't use the space of the taskbar?
