Now im getting the "your executable differs from the host" when i try to play online
Never have had this problem until after this update today
Sorry about the trouble. We put out a fix for that, so make sure you restart Steam.

Did the patch feature any changes relevant to the player?
No.
I'm not sure if my issue is similar however when I launch the game after the latest steam update, a window pops-up saying "Preparing to launch Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion..." and sits there. I've let it sit for about 30 minutes and nothing. I tried removing the game and re-installing however I still get have this issue. Any suggestions? Is there anymore information you need? Thanks.
Fixed! I thought I'd tried re-starting steam but I guess I hadn't. But, doing so fixed it so disregard my last post. Thanks!
