Fences stops displaying fences when dragging icons from monitor 2 to 1

When I drag icons from my second monitor to the first, all the fences stop displaying. If I right-click and select refresh, they come back for a moment and then go away again.
A restart of the system brings them back.
I am on win-10 Pro with latest beta3 fences
2 monitors, 1 a 3160x2160 and the other a smaller 19 inch one.
