Idea: Upgrade Levels

For tracking of where we are in the level of upgrades we currently have, from Quanta of course.  Could we get one of the following two options:

 

* A simple number on the upgrade icon showing the numeral level we are current at for upgrades.

* Or when we hover over the icon, the tool-tip tells us what rank we are at.

Agree. I prefer option 1. Tooltips in RTS slow things down.

I saw a screenshot somewhere which looked like it had this one in-place. I don't know where it is but it looked like a more advanced/current Dev build of the game. Perhaps it will come with the first Beta build later this month.
