The Falcon AA sucks.

Are they meant to take out the smaller of the two planes?

I put one instead of a smarty system, and the Falcon AA struggled to shoot down one bomber. WTF.. The bomber just went through and bombed it anyway, so it became useless.

Can we get a faster fire rate on the Falcon AA, and better armour,  or do something with it.

I agree, it is just the time it takes to make those units. You can build a Falcon AA early on in the game.
