Objectdock not changing after restoring backed up files

Object restore not working

I just did a fresh install of Windows 10 and I'm trying to restore my Objectdock to my previous setup, problem is when I overwrite the files with my saved versions, Objectdock doesn't change, it stays as the factory settings. Any ideas?

Close OD and reopen it after loading the files.

Thanks for the response. I did that, as well as restart my PC, restore OD to original settings, then try pasting files again.. so far nothing I do will get it to change. I spent a long time getting OD the way I like it, it would suck to have to set it all up again.

This may be worth a shot. Set up your OD partially, not by pasting files from a saved version. Close it then reopen it again and see if the changes took. If they did continue on. If not you've lost little time.

Got it working. I customized it a little, and the changes stuck. So I copied my backup files again, but this time I left out ''recent.ini'' and ''CurrentTheme_backup.ini''. That did it. Thanks for the help fellas.

To successfully restore saved Objectdock 2.20 settings it is necessary to open the settings folder then unloads Objectdock then delete the CurrentTheme.ini file, then rename your saved file to Current theme.ini if you do not unload Objectdock it will overwrite your settings with the current theme and lose your saved settings. When complete close the folder and restart Objectdock 2.20. Your Saved settings will be applied and all of your shortcuts will be restored
