ticket #LCW-294-98827, need urgent solution

Dear staff,

We made a purchase through a local distributor, who logged ticket #LCW-294-98827 for us, as we need licenses in an activation server file instead of single licenses.

This ticket has been active for almost 2 weeks now without resolution.

Please look into this and resolve the ticket asap.

I know replying resets the ticket, and normally wouldn't choose to do so, but the enduser was getting upset and about to cancel his order.
