Texture corruption and other graphics problems

I'd like to share some feedback on technical part. Aside from usual and well-known problem of frequent TDR crashes on DX12, I have textures on units and buildings corrupted. Here is the sample (hosting deformed image, but corruption is easy to see on factories):

Also, moving light sources, most notably missiles, are flickering all the time. Probably, that's due to interference of some time-dependent algorithm (like temporal AA) with lag - since the second HD7970 of the crossfire went down, my rig is lacking firepower.

I am having the same issue with my HD 7850, I have tested multiple things such as turning down setting until I have spare Vram to make sure it wasn't due to that. And testing with and without an overclock, the issue is still present. Though on my rig with a GTX 780 I have never experienced this problem.

Jesus, can this card even do dx12

Only the R9 series is capable - IN THE ENTIRE WORLD LITERALLY

Not sure why people keep doing this.

Run in dx11. Forget dx12..

It can, go educate yourself.
