program stops working

Hi,

Fences are displayed after Windows start, but disappear when I try to rename one of the the fences. How or where can I see whether the program is active? Process Explorer and Autoruns do not show any reference.

I want to reinstall the program, but realize that I omitted to make a note of my licence number. Where can I find it?
