The Dusty Librarian and Crazy Librarian, recruited through quests, both have the skill "Life Apprentice" which reads, "Life mages specialize in spells that strength and heal units." They do not have spells that do that. The Failed Priestess does, should they have spells like her?

Well, according to the ability in the files, it should do something, but does actually nothing. Another example of porting from one game to the next.
