Bandit Sharp Shooter and Bandit Archer

I recruited the Bandit Sharp Shooter because he had the "Bow Master" skill, which reads, "This hero can equip bows." However, he is not a hero nor can he equip bows. I suspect the same is true of the Bandit Archer. I don't think they were meant to have the Bow Master skill.
