How do you rollback to version 1.3? Since the 1.4 update my game sits at Wait after End Turn endlessly, Starbase upgrades do nothing unless I pass, and Rush Production does nothing.
This is so frustrating. I have been playing on my current game for the last 2-3 weeks. Now I can't finish it.
Why couldn't Stardocks even make this so called "update" backwards compatible?
It's not technically impossible; Paradox allow you to roll back on Steam. Not sure if they have to pay extra for the service though.
That's with using the beta system to select an old version.
Once upon a time Steam didn't force you to update to the latest bug-ridden version of a game before you ran it. I despise steam's mandatory updates.
Bite the bullet and start a new game. I do agree that Steam's way of "simplifying" patching is asinine though.
