It's been a while since I last checked the Winstep section at DA, and I've got the themes there sorted by Most Popular, so those new themes skipped my attention until now.

Haven't downloaded them yet, but looking at the screenshots, especially those made by Bleumart (Gawd, it's really cold in Quebec, lol)... not bad at all. And with no Theme Builder.

Oh I've been working hard on it lol... and having fun adding some cute 'tidbits' to it whenever I'm tired of dealing with skinning panels. That About tab is something else now eheheh

No worries though, I added options to disable the cute tidbits - or some people would surely be pulling their hairs out every time they opened the Builder. :-P
