WindowFX 6 don't darken the unfocused Windows (often)

WindowFX 6 doesn't darken the unfocused Windows (often). Windows 8.1 Professional. When I start the Windows it works or not (often doesn't work).

I rolled back to WindowFX 5. It works fine.
