Object Desktop don't start automatically (Windows 8.1 Professional). Settings > Load at startup: ON

Open your start menu and look for the startup folder in all programs (if you're using start8). Objectdock should be listed there or...right click on the taskbar and open task manager then click on the startup tab. Look for Objectdock and make sure its enabled.
