Game doen`t start

My system specs is:

Intel Core i5-3230M/GeForce GTX 660m/8 Gb RAM/Win10 x64

Game doesn`t work at all! Every time when I tried to start it, I can see only small steam window "starting game" and nothing else happens. I`m shure that I run it on my GTX 660m card, not on integrated. And ofc i tried to launch both (d11 and dx12) versions.

Can you download and run the tool below:
