Enchanting is consuming spellbooks enchantments on use
Can you please do a quick patch to fix it so that spellbook enchantments are not consumable like item enchantments as it was before, those enchantments are supposed to be re-useable.

Since all items are consumed when used like that now, I'm not sure it will change. I agree though, it should.
Making them one-shot enchants is intentional; they went into it on some of the dev streams. The logic, I believe, was that by making them one-shot enchants, they could be made more powerful and unique. Meanwhile, in the past having them be reusable meant that there was this compelling urge to have every enchant slot filled with something, which got tedious.
Wait a sec, so they took spellbooks which you have to pick at the beginning, labelled "book" which implies permanence of a sort and turned them into crappy "enchanting scrolls" single use items, left them totally bugged and incomplete or just mislabeled. The worst they should have done with them is restrict them to one incidence of a particular enchantment to any item, not turn them into total crap scroll versions, with this effect they should have given more or multiples in the tinker tree. Heck one says it gives 50% to maul chance and it really gives .5% to maul, or Adjacent heal, which gives city rush bonus, or Initiative that give the escape skill, or Stealth that summons a natures ally, or Fear that gives crit chance.
