HELP: I still have not receive my product key yet for Fences

Hi Stardock Support Team,

I really need your help in this matter. i have made purchase of the Fences 2.0 Digital Download at $9.99 and I've got the invoice printed. But on the invoice, there is no product key given. When I check my account order history, there is no history. I have sent email to '[email protected]' but still no reply. Please help urgently.
