Bug - Unholy Howl not working?

I used the unholy howl on the enslaved warg. There's no unholy howl active effect on Naphaz the Warlord.

I also noticed unholy howl not working on a goodie hut quest. All wargs screamed unholy howl on the same round but nothing happened.

Thanks for reporting this issue! It appears this is currently a known issue we are working on a resolution for. I've gone ahead and attached your forum post to an internal bug report, but unfortunately, I cannot give an ETA on a patch or fix for this issue.
