Problem With Resolution on Surface Pro

I dont have thus problem on galciv 2, but every time I try to start LH at any resolution other than the really high desktop resolution a surface usually uses, its either permanently windowed or if I try to change it in game to something owner, the start screen is off center. How can I fix this? Any help is appreciated.

You could attempt to change the Prefs.ini file:

C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\Documents\My Games\legendaryheroes

Changing the resolution or other settings.
