Aquire files in Steam - GalCiv 3

from Stardock Forums

My game is not loading in Steam after the last update/DLC.  I run Windows 10 and the game was great.

When I verify files in Steam it says 7 files need to be reacquired but evidently they are not.

Does anyone know how this process works?

Maybe I have a Steam issue not a Stardock one.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this problem. Can you download and run the tool below:

http://sd.stardock.com/Support/supportToolTest/SDSupportTool.exe 

Then attach the .zip that's created and send it in with a ticket to support:
