[1.2] Winter wind not working for Korthox

As the title states: When you choose the 'Winter Wind' hero skill for Korthox, the 'Winter Wind' spell becomes avail in your spell book. But the spell description states that it will transport the dwarfs army to an arctic tile. Using it deduces mana and the spell (particle) effects are shown, but the actual move of the army does not happen.

I was just going to report this.  Here is some additional information.

 

The Winter Wind spell is a skill learned by 2 heroes Korthox the Ice Lord and Drogon the Dwarf.  It is designed to move Korthox the Ice Lord or Drogon the Dwarf to an arctic tile.  However, if you have recruited both it will only target Drogon the Dwarf, you cannot target Korthox the Ice Lord.
