Please fix the UI

Where are all the sort features for Gal Civ 2??

The current UI is horrendous. It is too time consuming to manage a large empire.... Please add a way to sort fleets. A way to find planets or units easily on the map. The current game is very fun but the UI kills it after 200 turns or so...

I have my game from steam.... How do I get the 1.3 beta? I am currently using regular 1.3 founder's edition.
