1.3 opt in won't install

I've been using opt in patches for GalCiv 3 from beta on and never a problem till this time. If I select the 1.3 optin in Steam it just won't trigger. The patch won't download no matter what I try (verifyng cache, reinstalling game, remocing mods), I keep being stuck at v 1.2. Any clue what causes this? I've seen others report this too in the 1.3 patch thread on this forum and on the Steam forums.

Me the same. Won´t download no matter what the Betas settings are.

I had to reset steam to get the opt-in to work.
