Servo Beta 4 Changelog

New Stuff

  • Player data has been reset - there have been many changes to progression in the game such as bigger rewards and gear after every completed game.  We'd love to get feedback on how players feel about the speed of progression now, leveling up your Dropship and getting new gear.
  • A piece of gear is awarded after every completed game but none if you quit a game.
  • We've converted the old stasis drone (Paragon Drone) into the Supply Drone. You get a couple at the start of each game and train more out of your Dropship. Use it to boost the rate of Bloom Well production. It's also fast, so it can zip around to collect bloom pods. Additionally, in SCon2, it gets the stasis beam.
  • Bloom Refineries still produce resources but more slowly than before, task Supply Drones on them to speed up production.
  • Dropship provides 5 drone pop.
  • Dropship has a rally point.
  • Adjusted crate values and strip mine percentage for new econ.
  • New Map - Degrees of Ire.  Capture the Labs to unlock special technologies and two unique Servos to fight with.  Can also be played CoOp, destroy eight meteors to win.  Feedback welcome.
  • Hot/Cold Lab on Degrees have a star minimap icon.
  • New Map - Gates.  Blast your way through barriers to get to your opponent or fight your way through the center.  Work in progress map, let us know what you think of it.
  • New Map - Sandstorm, ok the name isn't new.  Start with just one Servo, choose where to place your Dropship.  Work in progress, let us know what you think of it.  Also playable CoOp, survive waves of enemies to win.
