Display and a few other q.

Eyefinity, 3/2Monitors

Are there any plans to support 3 monitor setup (amd eyefinity) and/or a second monitor like in SubCom to have a radar map on it or s.t. like that?

What weight does ai have for multiplayer coop matches? On most other RTS games the ai needs to cheat to get competitive or have god like reaction or all seeing eyes.

How big will be the biggest maps? Will the maps be bigger then SupCom?

Will be a save feature on multiplayer? So on hugh maps we can go on where we left?

Will be in multiplayer some sort of "PC/Internet Power diagram"? So if we want to play (when implemented) the biggest map, i dont want that a play with minimum pc specs or a slow Inet Connection will join and make the game lag like hell.

The game will be released in 2016. Within the next couple months it will go into Early Access, when the NDA is lifted, and folks will be able to post videos, stream, and discuss the game more openly. There is plenty of time to make a purchase decision prior to release.

Thx for the info but this dont answer my question. If Stardock want more supporter from now on, they should give some info about future plans. Dx12 wont be any big selling point anymore in 2016. My questions arent that micro detail stuff that cant be answered yet i think.

Sorry for the slow reply.  Some answers below.  Remember...

  • If you're unsure if this is your style of game, don't buy it in Founder's or Early Access
  • If you're unsure if your machine will run it, don't buy it in Founder's or Early Access
  • If you're not going to be satisfied buying something that's unfun and buggy, don't buy it in Founder's or Early Access
:)

We're looking into eyefinity support.

I'm not sure what you mean by "weight"...   the AI has some income buffs at the very highest levels.   There are 7 levels of AI difficulty, so plenty of room for customization

We expect that they will be

This is already implemented

Ok, thx for reply.

With "weight" im mean, how important is AI for you. On SupCom the ai was dump as it is on most RTS games even with several features for customization.

Im sure this is the style of game i like. I loved SupCom beside the memory leak, the unplayable 2on2 (or 3on3, 4on4) games with lategame part. With Planetary A. it become more arcade, more comic style where all units just flow without weight. When a experimental unit dont crush own units when walking over them it doesnt feel right. Of course AoS will also go more for macro management but when zooming in i dont like to see some wired unrealistic behavior only because its easier for path finding.
