load an image? on the messege board? not sure that can be done (or should be for that matter)

now if you mean load a screenshot for your personal ID:
Upload / Edit your desktop image.

oh.. I though you ment upload your sceenshot as part of your profile... of which you can do that here:

or go to edit account and click on "Upload / Edit your desktop image."
