Anyone Tried Modding Yet
So, has anyone tried modding yet or making an alternate campaign? Is it even possible? I'm guessing so since we've got the workshop tool. If so, any hints or recommendations on how to do it?

Can we get a link for the editor used to edit these files?
Notepad or any text editor works on .xml files.
I am wondering how close SK is to Fallen Enchantress. Can an item from there be dropped in with little to no editing?
Ok, so the question I have for the Dev's is this. It is apparently possible to setup multiple scenario's from the way the files are arranged, how can we do that?
Alright, continuing asking questions I'm not sure I'll get answers to...
Thanks
Tried to port Rivermod over but they've done something stupid with transparency in tiles so I gave up after a couple of hours.
Shame. Sorcerer king is a game that could really use modding, moreso than Stardock's other games, because new scenarios/goodies are the lifeblood of this game.
Have they talked about modding on dev streams at all? I'm also cautious to "commit" to anything because SD's plans for it aren't known.
I don't think they have talked about it, but the files are all XML, so they are definitely able to be changed.
First- Check the CoreUnits.xml file for the sovereign's unit entry. Should be a field for image files.
Second- Check CoreIntangibleResources.xml for the correct InternalName
Third- You can do it in LH, so almost definitely yes. Check out data\English\Scenarios\SK_Kingdom.xml
Where are the images stored for the sovereigns when picking them? I'm looking to make my own Sovereigns and have found the whole skill tree xml file (CoreAbilityTrees), but can't find where I can change the images for the sovereigns
I found them in GFX\Screens\ChooseSov*
For intangible resoureces, should we use _Trait_Indifference or Indifference? Which one is which and what do they do?
I would say that the _ is what makes them intangible.
Is it possible to create your own campaign like the original one or is that not possible.
Perhaps it will work if you drop a folder for your campaign in Data\English\Scenarios . In the worst case scenario you can always replace the contents of SorcererKing_Kingdom with your own campaign.
