Can t enter the Founders Vault

I ve bought it about 10h ago but can t enter the Vault event thought I ve got the game activated in steam

I'm not seeing it on your Stardock account under your username. Did you use Paypal to pay and if so, could you respond to the ticket I've created for you, with the Paypal email?

The_Gear, I've got the same issue. I bought the basic Founder option and then upgraded to lifetime via Paypal. I can't access the Founder forum threads or the additional content Vault. Can you help?

Most likely your upgrade is on the Paypal email you used. If you can send me a private message with your Paypal email, I should be able to fix you up. Now under your current username, I didn't find Ashes, so you may need to send me more info in that PM.
