Hi

I don't know if anybody else has had this problem but I logged a support call on 11th August Ticket ID: KHB-199-21849 and even though I've chased three time still no reply!

Is it me?

If you respond to the ticket before support does it will keep pushing it back. I'll make sure support sees the thread.
