I purchased a Object desktop subscription but I have no download link. It also added my paypal email for some reason. I have tried to contact support on this issue several times but no one has answered my ticket.

I have tried to contact support on this issue several times but no one has answered my ticket.

Please note: After receiving the auto-generated ticket number you should not email again until hearing from a live tech support as this will reset your position in the support queue which will extend the time to get your ticket looked at.

Post your ticket number here in a comment and I will attempt to get support to look check on it when they return to work in the morning.

You will not have a download link. You go to the following link and sign in, go to the My Downloads link, near top right, downloads are there.
