Bought ObjectDock but 'no orders found'...

I've bought ObjectDock on last Friday morning or Thursday night in British time.

I got an order number: 3544272, but there is no item in 'Order history' section, no download link, no further email except an email for confirming the email address for my account.

A page said I will receive an email within one business day but till now more than one business day passed.

Did I miss something?
