Trait Maker and a new list/tab to make civs more special in a flexible way

i woulde wish for a larger amount of traits in the game, but one that dosent use the 5 points trait system, but instead counted as something special beside the,

(special ability 2 points and 5 points system, somthing only you have and is very flexible in certain areas of the game)

so instead of asking for new traits why not add a (Trait maker system for players that are not modders themself)

so lets say you chosing traits right now and what if there was another list beside the other two, saying Trait maker.

beside the trait maker, there is another tab/list with the title saying. "Race special advantages"

Now what i suggest, is to spice up the game and make it more fun for players desiring a flexible race as close as possible to their image, while being user friendly to those who are not modders.

After all how many desire to change their race completely and still be able to feel that the game offers them, the same value and attention as the modders, have ?

(Also how many modders do you think there is in galciv3 anyway ?)

Not a bad idea. What traits would you want to include in the special traits category?

I though something around your civs strategy.

Traits that coulde give new abilitys, to a specific building or ship-type advantage, fleet-advanteges, anything that is in the game (such as hulls-stars)  but not somthing you can get normaly in the game, such as passives, but rather an ability with a condition to it.

Exsample: you gain a 10 flat eco boost for your homeworld if you have an ally you are trading with.  

so its a condition that must be fulfilled before you get the advantage, but does not act as a direct passive/buff to it. (a different approach to the system/game)

But i rather have many of them like up to 4 or 6 condition traits to make them flexible, and if some of them are to strong make them more costy, for the huge benefit once you get to that point.

also it woulde be cool if some of them actually became stronger (during the game) or evolved into a stronger different version with a new condition to it, or completely revamped change during the game.

(something unxpected that just turn, your world around completely. (also for your rivals) Even triggering Events or manipulating them directly.
