I recently upgraded to Windows10 and deactivated two of my Start8 serial numbers.
I have purchased two Start10 upgrades which are in use and activated.
Can I reuse the two Start8 serials I have deactivated and how do I tell from My Account which ones have been deactivated so I can use them again on my Windows8.1 systems...I have 12 serials for Start8.
You can re-activate them, yes. You wouldn't be able to tell from your account which product key's were deactivated though, less you have recorded which PC used which key.

It would be really handy to have the status of each key shown along side it in the list.
It's a bit of a headache when your managing several keys, 12 in my case...on multiple machines.
I suppose I'll have to try each one and see if it activates or not.....
Have you checked your order page for a CSV?
Download Product Key Status (.csv)
From that you can tell if it's been activated and to which email. This may not be easy however with multiple keys on 1 account and that's where your own tracking comes into play.
