Tablet mode issue

The option to use the standard Windows 10 menu in tablet mode only works when the device is flipped and does not work when the tablet mode is manually activated from the right side menu of the desktop. Is there any fix for this? Thanks!

Tablet mode has two different meanings.

To Start10 tablet mode means the machine is actually a tablet and not docked to a keyboard. To Windows 10 there is a mode called Tablet mode which can be enabled at any point with or without a keyboard attached.
