Start10 context menu feature request

Hi,

Why does start10 delete almost all items from original start context menu ? Can I have original context menu back or is it possible to have a checkbox to leave it untouched ?

Thanks!

yeah I've noticed there's some miss-alignment on the right click, when your mouse is the furthest it can go to the bottom left it should show the Win+X menu but it shows the start10 menu, you have to be a little bit off the corner to get that menu. I'm sure it'll get fixed. start8 used to have an option to disable it's menu entirely too, perhaps that will eventually be implemented as well.

Win+X doesn't work when you are via remote desktop in windowed mode. All the useful links of the original context menu are lost for me ...

And I wasn't able to get it with mouse as you mention.

I agree. It would be great to have the windows 10 start right click context menu as well when you right click. It is my preferred way to get to control panel, command prompt etc.

You can get the Win+X right ciick menu by setting the option in Start10 to do so.  This is on the Desktop page and click the advanced button.

In Start8 there was not enough space as there was more on that page.  Many of the options were not applicable to Windows 10 so the page has become less busy for now.
