[Beta 5] AI teammate will research a patent that you are already researching

Maybe this is working as designed but it is rather wasteful. Since i can see what my teammate is researching i assume that he can see what i am researching.

It is possible that this was an edge case because of the circumstances:

1. I had two patent offices and was researching two patents (slant drilling and carbon scrubbing - in this order);
2. My AI teammate was researching perpetual motion;
3. One of my patent offices got mutinied and i mutinied it back within 8 or 10 seconds;
4. Within those 8-10 seconds an adversary researched perpetual motion;
5. When i panned over my teammate he was also researching carbon scrubbing;

PS: we both lost out on the carbon scrubbing because another player beats us to it.
