what are max so and champion levels?

I just now getting time enough to start playing some full games of sorcerer king and as I go about picking skills for my sov and champion I find myself wondering what level they can reach. What are the maximum amount of skill point I get to use. Anybody know? Just wondering if you need to pick 1 branch or can you get it all? Thanks in advance.

You can get them all. Make sure you cast tutalage on your hero. Give him a ring of tutoring as well.
