[Bug][5.52] Enchantments not working

Chaos Volume V Enchantment doesn't seem to work. It says it gives a 10% chance for maul. I put it in 10 slots of my hero's equipment, but he didn't get the maul ability when attacking.

I also put Chaos Volume I + VIII and Wrath Master Volume VIII on one of my units. They should cast spells when the unit dies, but that didn't happen. I only saw a text appear over the unit, but no spell was cast.

When I put Coalstones and Flamwave on one item it still doesn't work properly. On death only the Coalstones gets cast.

How do you put spells on equipment?  I don't see a way to do it at all.
