I think I may I have seen this posted before. If so, sorry for the duplication, but add me as another user experiencing the issue.
So I just loaded my saved game after taking a nap and what to my wondering eyes should appear? The missing tile resource icons which is a good thing. However, so did the shard next to my capital which had been destroyed by the bad guys. I don't think that's supposed to happen. BUG!
This has been fixed in the opt-in 1.1. It's a good idea to start a new game with the latest opt-in patch. You can opt-in through Sorcerer King's properties, then Betas tab and the drop down for 1.1 Opt-in.
