[LH 1.8] [Gremlin] SummonShrill_Ability #FIXED

Summon Shrills Spell (Shrill Lord Spell, InternalName: SummonShrill_Ability) has a CastTime=5. That seems inordinate, especially when most Summon Spells have a CastTime of 1 or 2. It takes out the Shrill Lord for most of the fight when it tries to cast it. It also appears that the Summon Shrills Spell does not have a Cooldown and Cooldown for such Spells are generally 5. Should it be:

CastTime=1

Cooldown=5

???

(you were right it was supposed to be 5 cooldown, not casting time).
