Why Start8 is spontaneously displayed ?

On my computer, Win8.1, Start8 appears spontaneously, even although i'm working with applications.

It doesn't seems depending of my cursor position ... Can't understand.

Does anyone have the same problem ?

Is there an hiden parameter somewhere ?
